If your brand or campaign is flagged for non-compliance, you are solely responsible for re-submission costs ($25 per failed compliance recheck) and any carrier penalties.
Repeated violations may result in termination of service.
Abuse by one client can impact overall deliverability across the platform, so strict compliance is required.
