Opt-In Process

All SMS communications require explicit customer consent. Customers must actively opt-in to receive text messages from our service.

Example Opt-In Message:
"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from [Business Name] via AlvixHQ LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

Opt-Out Process

Customers can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. We immediately honor all opt-out requests.

Auto-Reply to STOP:
"You have been unsubscribed from [Business Name] text messages via AlvixHQ LLC. You will not receive any further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe."
