HIPAA Plans

Prices are per location. Same inclusions as our standard plans, plus HIPAA controls.

  • Operator Start (HIPAA) — $298/mo
    300 AI voice minutes. Overage $0.35/min.

  • Grow (HIPAA) — $498/mo
    900 AI voice minutes. Overage $0.30/min.

  • Scale (HIPAA) — $848/mo
    2,400 AI voice minutes. Overage $0.28/min.

Add-ons

  • AI ChatbotHQ — $49/mo. Covered under HIPAA when enabled.

  • Reviews Booster — $99/mo. No PHI in requests or replies.

  • Content Assist — $29/mo. Marketing copy only. No PHI.

Setup and change fees

  • HIPAA onboarding — $199 one time per location.

  • Per-bot setup — $50 at launch.

  • Major change — $50 per bot.


Activation Rules

  • Minimum 6 active HIPAA subscribers to turn this on.

  • Operated in a separate HIPAA-only agency.

  • Break-even at 3 subscribers. If the HIPAA pool is below 3 for a full month, we reprice or pause new HIPAA installs.


Why this is gated

  • HIPAA is an agency-wide paid upgrade and cannot be turned off later.

  • Adds permanent monthly cost and compliance overhead.

  • A separate HIPAA agency protects non-medical clients from forced costs.

  • Sustainable pricing requires a stable subscriber pool.


Included HIPAA Features

  • ePHI encryption at rest and in transit across contacts, notes, custom fields, SMS, MMS, voice recordings, email bodies and attachments, forms, surveys, calendars, and invoices.

  • Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Platform BAA with us; our BAA with your practice.

  • Audit logging and MFA enforcement. Mobile app inherits the same controls.

  • Permanent state. Once HIPAA is enabled on the HIPAA agency it cannot be disabled.


Operating policies

  • Call recording off by default. Enable only with documented notice and BAA coverage.

  • No PHI in email or SMS notifications. Use neutral alerts that link to the inbox.

  • Least-privilege access with MFA required.

  • AI prompts and integrations restricted so PHI stays inside the HIPAA stack.


Eligibility guardrails

  • U.S. healthcare practices only.

  • No emergency services.

  • BAA is required before go-live. We countersign our BAA with you; you maintain BAAs with any other vendors you use.


Mini-FAQ

Can HIPAA be turned off later?
No. It is permanent for the HIPAA agency.

Why gated at 6 subscribers?
It’s an agency-wide paid upgrade with ongoing compliance overhead; 6+ ensures sustainable pricing.

What if subscribers drop below 3 for a month?
Margin disappears. We pause new HIPAA installs or reprice to maintain viability.

Terms

  • 12-month commitment. Early exit fee = lesser of remaining base fees or $500.

  • Prices and included usage may change with 14-day notice due to carrier, vendor, or regulatory changes.

  • Telecom taxes and A2P fees pass through. Minutes and SMS segments are metered.

  • Fair-use enforced. Optional call recording.
