Reactivation Campaign Service Terms

Eligibility

  • Service is available only to businesses providing their own opted-in customer contact lists. Purchased or scraped lists are prohibited.

  • Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all contact data supplied.

Messaging Compliance

  • All SMS traffic is sent using A2P 10DLC registered numbers in accordance with U.S. carrier requirements.

  • Standard carrier and regulatory fees may apply in addition to service pricing.

  • All outbound SMS will include clear opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

Billing and Commitments

  • One-time campaign fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once a campaign has been launched.

  • Monthly service plans may require a three-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation may be subject to an exit fee equal to the lesser of remaining base fees or $99.

  • Prices, features, and included usage may be updated with at least 14 days’ notice to reflect carrier, vendor, or regulatory changes.

Usage and Limitations

  • SMS billing is per segment (160 characters = one segment). Longer texts may consume multiple segments.

  • Campaign results will vary by industry, list quality, and customer responsiveness. No guarantee of specific revenue or business outcomes is made or implied.

  • Fair-use enforcement applies. Abusive, unlawful, or high-risk traffic may be throttled or terminated at our discretion.

Data Handling

  • Campaign transcripts and response data are stored securely in the CRM and may be exported on request.

  • Customers are responsible for any compliance requirements specific to their industry.
