Scope and edits

  • Major changes (new number, new or rebuilt flow, >20% KB rewrite, new language/location, calendar/inbox switch) are billed per pricing page

Compliance and data

  • A2P SMS compliance verification is required; $25 per check and $25 per recheck if a campaign fails

  • Carrier/A2P pass-through fees apply

  • Call recording optional; transcripts stored in our CRM

  • Data export on request

  • Follow your posted consent and privacy policies

  • No HIPAA handling unless subscribed to a HIPAA plan
