⚖️ Legal & Compliance Notes

• SMS & A2P Compliance: All SMS is sent via A2P 10DLC registered numbers. U.S. carriers require brand/campaign registration ($25 per registration; $25 per recheck if failed). Carrier fees and taxes are billed at cost.

• Opt-Outs: All SMS campaigns include “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

• Lists: Customers must supply their own opted-in contact list. Purchased or scraped lists are not allowed.

• Usage & Metering:

  • ReviewsHQ → requests billed per SMS segment or email.

  • OperatorHQ → voice billed per minute, SMS billed per segment, chat billed per message.

  • ReactivationHQ → billed per SMS segment (160 characters = 1). Long texts may use multiple segments.

• Fair-Use Policy: Non-business, abusive, or high-risk traffic may be throttled, migrated to a custom plan, or terminated.

• Refunds & Commitments:

  • ReactivationHQ requires a 6-month minimum on the $99/mo plan.

  • One-time campaign fees are non-refundable once launched.

  • Annual/prepaid plans are billed upfront and non-refundable once active.

  • Annual promos may carry an early-exit fee equal to the lesser of remaining base fees or $500.

• Data: Review logs, call recordings, transcripts, and campaign data are stored securely in AlvixHQ’s CRM. Access is available upon request.

• Pricing Changes: Plans, bundles, and overages may change with 14-day notice for vendor, tax, or regulatory updates.
